ATTESTATION SERVICES
NSR Sworn-in Tax Advisory Inc., audits and attests the balance sheets and income statements, declarations submitted as per tax laws, and requests relating to tax laws, of real and legal persons (companies, associations and foundations and their enterprises and ventures) for compliance with tax laws, relevant regulations and generally accepted accounting standards within scope of Law no. 3568 on Certified Public Accountants and Sworn-in Tax Advisors.

Zekeriya ÇELİK, was born in 1967 in Ilgın, Konya. He graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences of Ankara University in 1988. He started his career in 1989 as a Revenue Controller at the Ministry of Finance and left office at the end of 1996. He works as a sworn-in tax advisor affiliated with Chamber of Sworn-in Tax Advisors of Istanbul since 1999. ÇELİK is implementing his auditing activities in Yeditepe Independent Auditing, Inc. which he is a partner of.

Yılmaz GÜNEY was born in 1966 in Istanbul and graduated from Business Management Faculty of Istanbul University in 1987, after finishing Vocational High School of Finance. He started his career as Assistant Inspector at the Board of Finance Inspectors in the same year. During his 12-year inspection career, he received MA degree in economics from the University of Akron in Ohio, USA. He served as a general manager and a board member in the private sector for 6 years. He gained experience in company setup and management in USA, Netherlands, Germany and Egypt during his career. He has been continued his activities as a sworn-in tax advisor and financial advisor as a member of Chamber of Sworn-in Public Accountants of Istanbul. He is implementing his auditing activities as a partner of Yeditepe Independent Auditing and Sworn-in Tax Advising, Inc.
Güney received his PhD degree in Economics at Istanbul University, with the thesis titled ''Economic Impact Analysis Of Income Tax Schedules: A Social Accounting Matrix Model For Turkey”.

M. Mensur DORAN graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences and received MA degree in Management Science. He started his career in the field of tax auditing in 1996, worked as an auditor – manager, freelance proffesional in tax auditing and continued his professional activities as an independent auditor and sworn-in tax advisor.
He has experience and expertise in the fields of textile, education, construction, health, banking, leasing, factoring, asset management, lease assets/sukuk companies, foreign currency trade, jewelery, finance and insurance companies; production, mining sectors, international taxation with various trade areas.
